Ocasiocasa brings aquatic life to studio
Jeff and Dale Ocasio creates and introduces new art, every month, to their studio gallery, in the Fort Myers River District. December’s collection, “Age of Aquarium,” includes a family of fantastical fish sculptures created by Jeff’s unique technique of sculpting with tape and Dale’s whimsical painting style, along with new stars and moons to help navigate the show. This collection brings a whole new element into the studio. Already filled with otherworldly folk and critters, but not, until now, has the underwater world been represented at Ocasiocasa. The sculpted fish range in size from 5 to 16 inches and are sculpted entirely free-hand. The new collection will begin its debut with December’s Art Walk on Friday the 7th. Ocasiocasa is located at 1540 Broadway, between First & Main.
